Travelled with my children, spent 4 nights here and had a very comfortable stay. It had stunning and great location a short walk to Ubugon Cove. And the area was new, next to multiple bars, and the tours to the islands. The service was nice and the pool was good.

Checking in reminded me of coming home. The peaceful private beach complemented by a nice swimming pool made relaxation easy. Family-sized accommodations in the Beautiful Forest Double Room were spacious, and the good breakfast with Mexican dishes was a treat. Staff members were friendly. Minor issues included slightly overpriced dining options and a need for faster room service, but these did not overshadow the overall charm.

The Suite offered spacious accommodations with a clean, modern design, made it easy to unwind. The location provides quick access to the beach.
The restaurant left something to be desired. My chicken was burnt and inedible, especially given the prices on the menu. While the food overall was good, it felt overpriced for the quality, and the absence of a bathtub in my Beautiful Forest Double room was a letdown since I had hoped for one. Using plastic glasses for service water at the bar felt off, as it lacked the touch of elegance real glassware would provide.

Oh man, the food here is a local feast! Every byte was a delight down at the beach front, but if you wander a bit, places like Pizza & Amore and Fat Choy Lio Beach serve up some real fire. Plus, the staff? Total gems-like having friends who genuinely want you to enjoy your stay!
On the flip side, navigating to different facilities reminded me of a little maze, and I wish there were more sunbeds to chill on by the pool. The sharp edges in the pool area?

A beach dinner to remember
Celebrating my birthday at Seda Lio was a good experience.
While the atmosphere was lovely, I found the food and drinks to be overly sweet. Just a heads up-be sure to request no sugar in your fresh juices to avoid a sugar overload!

The location of this place is stunning, being near beautiful Nacpan Beach; my room with a large balcony and a forest view was a decent size, and I had a good night's sleep.
